Terms of DeliveryIf a collection by the customer's is not possible, the items will be delivered through a package-service at the cost price. Even for our professional package service you don't have any further costs. The shipping is performed, as soon as the payment is credited on our account. For payments via PayPal the shipping is performed immediately. Costs and risk of the delivery carries in every case the customer, however.The shipping costs depends on the size, weight, and value of your order as well as your delivery area. The precise amount will be calculated during the order process. The order process can be canceled at any time. DeliveryIf your items can not be delivered by a package-service we organize the delivery by a forwarding company. We will contact you to clarify the delivery date and further modalities of the transportation.Transport InsuranceFor mutual safety reason an insured delivery is standard which covers the full item costs. The cost for the insurance are inclusive, no extra costs will be calculated.We work together only with companies which supports parcel-tracking via the Internet. That means you have at any time an overview where your items are. Sale or return guidelinesA customer’s right to return an item remains unrestricted according to the terms of §§ 312 d para. 1 and 357 para. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB). A customer can revoke his declaration of intent to conclude the sales contract without stating a reason within 2 weeks in written form e.g. letter, fax, e-mail or by returning the goods. The period commences at the earliest on receipt of this instruction but not later than the delivery date of the goods. Sending the revocation or the goods within the time limit shall be sufficient to comply with the revocation period.
The Note of Revocation should be mailed to the following address: In case of effective revocation and safe return of the purchased good the purchase price will be refunded. The deadline for the Note of Revocation is the day on which you receive the items. If returning the good is not possible or possible but with the good in a deteriorated condition, the customer shall be obliged to pay compensation for the damage.
